IN-N-OUT opened their 400th store in Meridian on December 12th. This is the first IN-N-OUT in Idaho. It is about 30 minutes from our house. When it opened people were waiting over 4 hours in the Drive Thru line and the walk up line was long as well. They made over 9100 burgers the first day! About a week after it opened Ryan and Val decided it was time to go and pick up lunch. They arrived around 10:00 and were home by noon with Hamburgers and fries for everyone. I know, we are from California, we have driven by the first IN-N-OUT in Baldwin Park California, we have eaten at IN-N-OUTs too many times to count in I don’t know how many cities, but it was still fun to enjoy their food here in Idaho. Hopefully we will have time to go by and Dine in before we head south in January!
