On July 3rd we left our Home Base in our Home on Wheels and headed to our Home in California, the area we lived in for most our our lives. The place that is familiar, with lots of family and friends.
We had doctor and dentist appointments for July. We haven’t found new Doctors or Dentist in Idaho, maybe because we like the ones we have in California. Maybe because we just haven’t spent enough time at our new home in Idaho.
Another reason for the trip was to pickup our remaining things and bring them to our new home. We spent a little over a week in California then loaded up my 1940 Ford Couple and hauled it back to our home in Idaho. We will be here about a week then we will head back to California for the rest of our stuff and a couple more appointments.
When we are in town we usually try to get together with friends and family. This trip was no exception. We enjoyed time with individuals, groups, and we even ran into some people at the store which lead to unplanned visits. We enjoyed all of these visits as we try to keep up with our family and friends.
We will be heading back to California late next week. Hopefully we will connect with some of you that we didn’t see on this last trip.
