New Adventures

For our last stop in Montana we are spending the weekend at a Motorcoach and RV Community, where friends own a lot. We met Mike and Lucille at Mission Aviation Fellowship and then worked with them at Cedar Canyon Camp in Rapid City. Another friendship formed while serving at a SOWER project. They have a beautiful site with a Park Model on it and in this small community have made many friends. One of the big things to do here is to go on rides in their side by sides. Sometimes they even go on rides that last a few days. We went on a short ride with them after we arrived on Friday, just to see what we thought. We were all in, so we packed lunches and set off on Saturday morning with two other couples in their side by sides. What a fun adventure it was, maybe even more that they had planned for. It is still early in the season so while trying to get to Missoula Lake we ran into snow on road and  after getting stuck and getting pulled out, had to turn around. We headed down to a beautiful meadow and  had lunch. Then we were off to try to get to the Idaho boarder, where we ran into downed trees. Out came the battery powered chain saws to clear the road. We ended up doing that three times before we ran into more snow. After getting stuck a second time we decided to turn around and head back. We ended up going around 70 miles. We all went home and cleaned up, then met for dinner. It was great a great adventure with good friends. We have really enjoyed our time here.  Here is a link to our trail ride photos.

Well I found another Pay Phone, I picked it up and  asked, am I clear to proceed to Grangeville Idaho tomorrow? You are good to go was the answer.

How do you ask for direction?

Proverbs 3:6 In all your ways submit to HIM, and he will make your paths straight.
