This year the kids and their families came to our house. We might have started a new tradition, matching pajamas for Christmas eve, although we did have our Christmas Eve a couple days early. It was a bit of a stretch for me, as many of you know, I am almost always in Levi’s and it was something new to see me in pajamas. It was a real joy for Ann and I to see the kids and especially the grandkids having fun together celebrating Christmas. We are Blessed beyond measure.
Our Oregon family came a week before Christmas. It was a ton of fun, but a little crazier then what we are used to. Ann and I moved out to the Motorhome and had them stay in the house. I guess that really means that we slept in our motorhome and they slept in the house. The girls made cookies, we drove around checking out Christmas lights, we went to church together, and just enjoyed spending time with them. It was especially fun when everyone was together for Christmas. Well they went home on Christmas day and today we started taking down “Christmas”. It is time for us to try to switch gears and get us and the motorhome ready to head south.
