This is the week before the summer staff arrive. Camp Bighorn gives the year round staff the week off to charge up their batteries, so they are ready for the busy summer schedule. We were busy, but the camp was very quiet.
For the gals, the biggest project was unboxing, folding and labeling the hoodies and tee shirts. They are working on a list of projects to help get ready for the 8 weeks of summer campers
Tom and I have the task of painting the interiors of 3 cabins. Each cabin has two rooms, the obstacle is each room has four bunk beds to work around. We are glad that we get to paint the ceiling the same color as the walls. The rooms look really nice when we are done. We are hoping to finish the painting and get a few other projects done for the camp.
After working four days we were ready for the weekend. Good times for sure.
